Customer service and sales through social media in messages, comments, in our community groups, and over email and live chat. Take sales calls and demonstrate authenticity with folks who want to talk on the phone.

The Customer Service & Sales Rep will be accountable for:

  • Client service, relationship building and sales through Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube in direct messages and comments, and over email

  • “Sales” calls via phone & Zoom

    • Just answering peoples questions and creating relationships, people just want to talk to a real human

    • With people interested in attending workshops or our online courses

  • Managing our community groups on Facebook and Telegram, such as;

    • Welcoming clients to the group

    • Helping with questions

    • Organizing monthly consulting calls for the VIP group

  • Being a key member of the content team to grow our social following and awareness to 2 million followers in the next 12 months

  • Coming up with new creative ways to better help clients and increase sales

  • Reporting and sharing results in weekly meetings

  • Helping out and learning in other areas

    • We are a small team so we tend to jump around and help out in different areas. Plus, it keeps things interesting and lets everyone learn.

  • Looking after your personal health with weekly fitness and mindfulness goals

Experience Needed

  • 2-5+ years customer service and sales experience

  • A deep interest in psychology and sales

  • Being a great talker with the ability to read between the lines, pick up information fast, and authentically showcase to someone that you know what you’re talking about

  • An intuitive understanding of how to proactively answer the next questions someone might ask

  • The ability to remain kind and maintain a calm nervous system when dealing with things like frustrating comments online

  • A good sense of humour and playfulness

Salary

  • $4000+/month starting salary (competative)

  • 5% commission earned through sales that are through private messages, emails and phone calls

  • Higher targets will be discussed to get you to your goals

  • 3 month onboarding period (some benefits kick in right away, others will kick in when the onboarding period is complete)
